(IT) Level 1 Service Desk/Desktop Position


Rate: $40k   Location: Melbourne, Victoria   

LEVEL 1 SERVICE DESK/DESKTOP POSITION. Northern Suburb location with parking on-site.$40k + Superannuation. The role is responsible for providing Customer Service & Incident resolution services across: 1st Level Application & Infrastructure Support & Desktop & Software Support. The selected candidate will have a minimum of 6 months IT Industry experience & proven: – Customer Service skills, – Strong knowledge of Desktop Hardware & Software, – Ability to manage difficult customers and be able to know when to escalate issues to the next level, – Advanced MS Office & XP skills. Ideally but not necessary, our client would really like to see a person who has strong leadership skills and experience previously employed within an ITIL environment.
