2 X 1st Level Support Analyst for North Shore based global FMCG company. $50k package plus on call allowance. Are you an enthusiastic fast learner and team player? Do you have Helpdesk/customer service experience? Want to be rewarded for on call service? Due to internal promotion this global FMCG company is looking for 2 X Ist Level Support Analysts to join their fast paced team. In this role, you will be working as part of a friendly team with the opportunity to gain further training and broaden your IT knowledge. Strong knowledge of Windows XP, Office 2003, Outlook and Lotus Notes. Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. SAP skills desirable.
