The role will involve supporting Enterprise Clients in a remote capacity around the Cisco Routing and Switching and Cisco Voice. As a Network Support Engineer there are many opportunities to grow and develop within the Managed Services team or even grow into the Professional Services team. Skills and Experience required: Supporting Cisco Switches and Routers. Call manager, Express and Unity. Understanding of VPN tunnels and encryption technologies. at least 1-2 years in a similar role.
