Urgently required for this corporate financial services organisation based in the Melbourne CBD. You will be providing 2nd line support support to approximately 50 users, whilst also remotely supporting approximately 400 in Sydney. The successful candidate will have 3 years+ experience as a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst within a corporate environment and a strong background within MS Office, MS Windows and XP. You will be primarily responsible for face-to-face support to users, documenting and logging all calls taken. Whilst remotely supporting users in Sydney. Providing solutions at 2nd line and escalating where appropriate. Suitable candidates will have the following experience: Previous experience in a Help Desk/Desktop Support environment. Strong XP, Office 2003, ITIL, AD, Exchange, Office 2007, Cisco, VOIP. ITIL Service Management experience. You will have a strong customer service focus and possess excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate good problem solving skills. This is a permanent role based within the Melbourne CBD and pays $65k-75k salary package.
