They are currently seeking a Helpdesk Analyst with solid customer service skills. As a Helpdesk Analyst you be a single point of contact for the IT support needs of the business. You will respond to client needs in the most efficient and effective manner, ensuring minimum impact on the smooth running of the business. The responsibilities of the role will include: Ensuring that the Helpdesk phones are staffed as per our roster at all times, in order to meet our service standards Communicating with colleagues and customers in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing Ensuring that customers are fully informed of the status of their calls according to our current service standards Processing all calls via phone or e-mail in line with our current call logging procedures, call priorities and escalation procedures Ensuring that all call logging queues are kept to a minimum at all times To be considered for the role you will need: Previous experience in a Customer Service Call Centre/Helpdesk environment Strong sense of Customer Service Excellent communication skills Excellent problem solving skills Completed external study in a PC/IT related course Experience with Windows 2000 and 2003, Active Directory 2000 and MS Office To submit your application, in strict confidence, please apply online using the appropriate link below.
