(IT) Senior System/Network Engineer

Location: Sydney   

Senior System/Network Engineer Be apart of an outsourcing integration company that have a broad network containing offices in Melbourne, Queensland and NSW. Your role is to provide support in a Windows orientated environment where you as a technician will be faced with troubleshooting communications Infrastructure such as Router configuration. Cisco knowledge will be a great advantage as you will be networking in Cisco and providing support. Exceptional communication skills are a must as you will be required to meet with clients and discuss there Infrastructure needs and solutions. Responsibilities: Delivery of 3rd Line Support Logging incoming jobs from phone and email Troubleshooting across Hardware/Software and Servers Implementation and maintenance of Systems Working autonomously or as part of a team Documenting client systems Key Skills: Support and Maintenance of Windows Environments Configuration of CISCO Switches and Routers (Some Firewalls) Server Support and Implementation (Exchange, Windows 2003) Hardware troubleshooting (Dell and HP) MCP or MCSE Great salary is offered.
