(IT) Technical Specialist

Location: Wellington, NZ   

This leading ICT company is looking for technically minded customer focused stars to provide support around HP ServiceCentre. This involves providing 2nd/3rd level application support including incident, problem, change and release management processes. You will be responding to users queries and providing system administration support for various applications. You will have a good general technical knowledge which may include Unix, SQL, Oracle and/or Windows experience. ITIL experience would also be advantageous. This is a fantastic opportunity to be able to grow into a team leader if you would like to head in that direction. You will be given extensive training and will need to have great communication and phone skills.
