(IT) Senior Network Support Officer

Rate: $110k Per Annum + Superannuation Of 15.4%   Location: Sydney   

Mandatory requirements are as follows: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) Cisco Certification. Demonstrated experience in configuration, maintenance and support of network devices including Switches, Routers and Firewalls. Demonstrated experience in supporting end-users using Microsoft Active Directory. Demonstrated experience in supporting/troubleshooting hardware problems, within a corporate/legal environment. Demonstrated experience in using Incident Management applications to manage workload. Excellent written and oral communication skills and a commitment to client service. Demonstrated interpersonal skills to deal with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds, often under difficult circumstances. Demonstrated experience in support/troubleshooting network problems with a Microsoft environment. Commitment to the principles of EEO, OHS and ID. Desirable requirement are as follows: Foundation Certificate in ITIL V2 or later. Demonstrated experience in configuration, maintenance and support of Citrix Servers. Citrix certification highly regarded SQL DBA experience. Practitioner Service Operation Certificate in ITIL. This is a Permanent opportunity with a well respected Australian Federal Government Department. The Salary on offer is $110k per annum + superannuation of 15.4%.
