Job Description This role will see you provide technical support as part of a team to our clients offices worldwide. You will be required to research, resolve, respond and track questions received. You will also assist in the resolution of user and support issues as well as contribute to the ongoing fine-tuning of the process to ensure optimum output. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and problem solving skills. An ability to work in a team, share knowledge, coach peers and providing timely feedback will be advantageous. You will need a good knowledge of the following technologies: Microsoft Office, Windows XP, Lotus Notes, Internet Explorer.
