Rate: 40k-50k   Location: Sydney, New South Wales

They are the world’s leading provider of analytics software and solutions. My client requires a Helpdesk analysts to join their growing support team. In this pivotal role you will be the first point of contact for resolving software related issues for key corporate clients, working in a dynamic team environment. You will also interact with the global support team. This role is based at Chatswood in a modern office complex within walking distance to the train station and buses. To be considered you will have: Minimum 6 to 12 months work experience in a Help Desk/Service Desk environment. Experience troubleshooting of Microsoft Operating Systems XP as well as Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent communication skills both written and verbal An IT Degree is highly regarded Possess excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
