Take OWNERSHIP and move forwards The Job will consist of: Maintaining and ongoing service within the information Technology Services Department Administer complex Windows network operating system environment Windows Server 2003 and Exchange 2007 Assist in running applications (business side) on a day to day basis In house application development, supporting the general Helpdesk and IT Technicians on business data Provide Network LAN/WAN support within the institute Manage Helpdesk requirements Desktop support (XP and Vista) Have a good understanding of scheduling class delivery time tables, Acquire data input and not just understand but also analyse and identify.
