(IT) Training Analyst

Location: Sydney, New South Wales   

Permanent Training Analyst Role based in Sydney. Be responsible for the development continuous improvement of a training and documentation service. Career based opportunity with organisation making global transition. We are currently searching for a Training Analyst to join an established organisation who are rapidly expanding globally. The role requires both “doing” and “directing” to ensure the successful delivery of training and documentation activities after projects have gone live and support the ongoing training requirements of the business. Your responsibilities are as follows: Develop, implement and maintain training and documentation processes, based on one standard delivery model. Develop and execute a continuous training plan within the constraints of project commitments over a 12 month period. Deliver one core global training documentation library, with strategy for managing specific business unit documentation subsets. Monitor and report status of training activities. Review all new project training materials and make them available online after projects are implemented. Development of all end-user training courseware. Identification and development of new ways to delivery training (eg E-learning, Video Conferencing etc). Ensure all administration tasks for training are performed. Manage the development, administration, communication of the training schedule. Manage the training evaluation and follow-up requirements. Perform training needs analysis to determine training requirements. Ensure all training environments are adequately prepared to facilitate smooth and effective training delivery, including identification and set up of training data, security profiles etc. Ensure any system changes or enhancements are documented and communicated to key users via the BIS Training Portal.
