(IT) L2 Voice Support Engineer

My Client, The largest Cisco resellers in the Southern Hemisphere is seeking the services of a Mid level IP Telephony Engineer. The role will involve supporting Enterprise Clients in a remote capacity around the Cisco Routing and Switching and Cisco Voice. As a Network Support Engineer there are many opportunities to grow and develop within the Managed Services team or even into the Professional Services team. Skills and Experience required: - Supporting Cisco Switches and Routers - Call manager, Express and Unity - Understanding of VPN tunnels and encryption technologies - at least 1-2 years in a similar role.
