Rate: $30k   Location: Lane Cove, Australia   

Based in the inner West, my client is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to permanently join their 4 person team. Along with a passion for IT, you will possess the following skill sets: Minimum of 6 months experience working within a Technical Customer Support division. Exceptional communication skills. Confident & structured work ethic. Ability to travel. Outstanding relationship builder. Excellent troubleshooting skills. IT qualification (TAFE level, ideally).
