Skills and Knowledge required: VMware: Implement and Troubleshoot. Citrix: Implement and Troubleshoot. Storage: Implement and Troubleshoot. Networking: Implement and Troubleshoot. Proven experience in a customer facing role. Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Impeccable write and verbal skills. Industry certifications in VMware and/or Citrix and/or Cisco will be highly regarded.
