(IT) Helpdesk Analyst - Junior To Mid Level

The environment is a mixture of Windows, SQL, and a bit of Unix, and is 1st and 2nd level phone based technical support and troubleshooting. You will still have an opportunity to flex your technical muscles by performing remote hardware and software troubleshooting to over five hundred sites. Due to the specific customer support focus of the company I’m only interested in people that are team players and who take personal ownership of their position and responsibilities Your hard work and dedication will be rewarded by a competitive salary, performance bonuses, and company share options. What you’ll need to join this fantastic team: Tertiary level qualification in Computer related education 3 + years of phone-based helpdesk or technical support experience with a focus on Windows 2000/XP operating systems, software and related peripherals Extremely strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a passion for solving problems.
