The Role As a Developer you will work collaboratively with a small development team to analyse, plan, design, code, communicate, implement and support software applications and solutions that deliver measurable value and benefit to the firm and its clients. Knowledge and experience Desirable in a business context Experience in a professional services business environment. Knowledge of systems typically found in the technology environment of professional service firms. Experience of organisational and business change. Experience of designing, developing and implementing software solutions in a corporate organisation. Desirable in a technical context Experience in a range of software and systems development environments, platforms and projects. Experience of supporting and troubleshooting complex software systems and its associated infrastructure. Currency with and awareness of industry trends in technology in general and software development systems in particular. Experience of the techniques associated with project management (eg scoping requirements, system design, functional specifications, project timelines, user acceptance testing, production pilots, communication and implementation plans) Knowledge of workflow technologies, techniques and tools.
