Rate: 55k + Super   Location: Sydney Inner, New South Wales   

Application Support Person - Up to $55k + Super Our client is an industry-leading supplier of application software for the Transport and Waste Management industries and they are currently looking for an experienced Application Software Support person to join their growing team. To be successful in this role you will need (essential): Experience in an application software support role A thorough, demonstrable understanding of general accounting principles You will also have: A good understanding of general business operations Experience working in a team environment Excellent verbal communication skills Good written communication skills Knowledge and/or experience in the transport or waste management industry would be highly desirable An understanding of SQL Very good phone manner Duties include: Providing telephone support to our customers Providing training in the use of our software to our customers Assisting with testing of software enhancements and bug fixes Assisting with installation of software updates Assisting with maintaining support calls in our internal help desk system This position also provides opportunities to travel locally, interstate and internationally and further career advancements.
