IT Manager - Sydney - $115k (IT Systems/Pronto ERP Support) Working for a leading Global Healthcare corporate who is known for offering the broadest selection of healthcare products on the market. Duties of Role: Maintain and upgrade existing computer systems to meet problems and changing needs Understand the businesses current and future infrastructure needs on a global, regional and local level and manage the relevant project management initiatives to enable these needs to be attained within Australia and New Zealand Evaluate computer strategies and products, recommend and manage the implementation of new systems in consultation with international peers Provide direction and motivation to team members to enable skills transfer, personal and professional development, retention and productivity to meet both current and future business needs Technical Environment: 300 Laptops/Desktops using Windows XP, LAN/WAN connectivity for 8 sites, Application Support for 70+ applications, Manage Helpdesk support for all aspects of infrastructure - PC/Server/Applications, 20 Windows 2000/2003 Servers, MS Office, Pronto ERP system, Cognos Powerplay Web, Crystal Reports/Enterprise, Demand Solutions, F-POS and SharePoint, SQL and SQL Server, Unix system, TCP/IP Networking. The Right Candidate: You will manage an internal team of 5 people and ensure that the business consistently receives high service levels and efficiency in its entire infrastructure across Australia and New Zealand. You will have experience of managing a small IT department in a hands-on manner. You will have strong application support experience and be skilled within the support of Pronto ERP system.
