Level 2 & 3 Service Desk Position. CBD Fringe Location. Mon-Fri only. $55k-$60k Package. Strong focus on your career progression. Our client, an Australian household name, is seeking an experienced hands on and reliable Level 2 & 3 Service Desk Analyst. This exciting position involves: Over the phone and remote Level 2 Service Desk support, Desktop Support and Being a strong part in current and future Project work. To be considered for this position you: Must have a minimum of 3 years experience working with MS Windows 2000/2003 Server, Exchange 2000/2003, XP, MS Office 2003 & Citrix. Experience highly desired but not a must have is also: SQL Server 2000, Sharepoint Portal Server 2003, ISA Server 2000/2004. Veritas Back-up Exec, VMware ESX, IBM X Series Servers, WhatsUp Network Management. Cisco PIX Firewalls, Cisco layer 3 switch, Systems Union Sun Systems Financials, EPS Property Management Systems and Track IT Helpdesk Management. Operational understanding of Retail Sales and small business environments.
