(IT) Helpdesk Support Analyst
Rate: 45k Location: Sydney
A global leader in medical technology is looking for an exceptional helpdesk support analyst to join their team. You will be responsible for the support of hardware, desktop applications and operating systems, which will include carrying out the configuration, testing and implementation of these systems across the business. The successful candidate will need to display their expertise in troubleshooting and be able to think on their feet to solve, at times, quite complex issues. This role will be a mixture of phone and face to face support and will see you closely aligned with the Asia Pacific Helpdesk. Main duties will include: Manage technical issues in a prompt manner, you will be required to adopt a multi tasking approximately to your work. Be able to co-ordinate the testing and implement systems and applications within the desktop environment. Lead the team in small projects. Desktop environment. Document all issues and solutions to the operating environment for future users. Maintain and develop your knowledge of the companies systems in order to tackle issues efficiently. Candidates with MCP/MCSE qualifications will be highly regarded for this role. Candidates must display exceptional communication skills and have a can do attitude.
