- City Fringe Location - Salary up to $45k - Established organisation with room for growth Our client seeks a problem and change administrator to help maintain and develop procedures to support end to end Asset management within their organisation. Problem Management -Identifying Problems by analysing Incident data -Co-ordinating investigation of Problems, according to impact, through to resolution or error identification -Drive appropriate parties to conclusion of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) identifying trends and potential Problem sources (by reviewing Incident and Problem analyses) provide trending analysis of Service Desk calls and recommendations to resolve unfavourable trends. Work with Internal and External Problem Managers to investigate all root causes of P1 and P2 cases. Track progress of all Problem Records that are assigned to resolver workgroups in relation to problem analysis. Change Co-ordination. Co-ordinating assessment of the impact, benefit, and risk of proposed Changes Co-ordinating Change implementation and Notifications. Ensure appropriate approval is given prior to change being implemented. Asset Configuration Co-ordination -Identification Registration of in scope IT components, in the form of CIs including versions and relationships. Maintaining and reporting of the CMDB. Status reporting, maintaining and updating data files/tracking of CI life cycle. Assist with defining the process objectives, scope and activities. Assist with defining best practice
