My Client a National Systems Integrator is seeking a number of Level 1-2 Service Desk Consultants with the desire to build on their support knowledge. This role is purely phone support adhering to SLA’s. Whilst technical skills are a requirement for this role we are really seeking enthusiastic people willing to take the next step in their career. Essential Impeccable written and verbal skills. Demonstrated exceptional customer service experience. Customer focussed. Familiar with most Client Server technology, networking and desktop applications. Focus on satisfying the most difficult customer. MS Office suite including outlook. Experience supporting Windows 2000, XP and NT Operating Systems Proficient with Active Directory. SMS experience eg (HEAT, Remedy infra) Desired. At least 6 months of experience in an IT Managed Services Service Desk Environment. IT Certifications/Qualifications.
