A major IT solutions provider is looking to add an IT consultant to its Brisbane team. The candidate must have good technical skills with a firm grip of Server technology, specializing in Microsoft, Citrix and/or Cisco. Responsibilities of the role will include: Providing 1st to 3rd level support to external clients around Brisbane Striving for high client satisfaction Ensure all work is performed to a high a standard Recommend appropriate technical solutions to clients The required candidate will possess: Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft, Citrix and/or Cisco technologies Ability to develop strong relationships with clients Have own transportation to client sites within Brisbane Certifications (eg MCP, MCSA, CCA etc) are very desirable but not necessary an already made effort to achieve these will be looked upon favorably.
