Our client a leading IT outsourcing company seeks to appoint a highly skilled Windows Server Support Engineer. You will join a team of highly skilled server engineers to provide 3rd level server support to a variety of blue chip clients. You will work with the latest technologies and be provided with plenty of training and development. Essential skills and experience required include: 3 -5 years experience supporting Windows 2000/2003 Servers (50+ servers), ideally gained from an IT Services/Outsourcing environment. Strong Technical Competencies with Active Directory, WINS, Remedy Basic networking skills including TCP/IP VBScripting highly regarded Support experience in an ITIL environment We are seeking an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service.
