They are highly regarded leaders in the industry, and are now recruiting an experienced Credit professional with supervisory and product collection experience.The role is responsible for leading a team of credit officers to maximise collections, reduce write-offs and support the operational needs of the business. The main duties of the role are to:Ensure team are assessing areas of risk, finalising queries, and collecting dues and overduesEnsure appropriate credit limits are maintainedProvide regular aged debt reports to managementProvide support and feedback to a team of credit officersHave responsibility for your own ledger of accountsCommunicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholdersAdd value to the team, operation and group as a whole through continuous process improvementApplications are invited from credit professionals, preferably from a similar environment.
