(IT) Infrastructure Outsourcing - Deskside Support Team Lead

The Deskside Support Team Lead is responsible for coordinating and supervising the on-site desk side support of the Melbourne Accenture office. The main responsibility is to ensure that the service level of the desk side on-site support function is maintained and opportunities for improvement identified. The Team Lead will also be responsible for identifying and escalating risks that could impact the level of service. The Team Lead should act ASAP to minimise or reduce the impact on customers. The Team Lead is also responsible for the implementation of all local and global defined procedures to cover the scope of services. Ideally, you will be Degree qualified in an IT or related discipline or have an appropriate TAFE college diploma/certificate. You will have gained several years relevant experience within customer support, Workstation software and hardware configuration and testing, project planning and deployment as well as experience in supervising a deskside customer support team.
