Analysis of monthly network performance statistics and recommendations on proactive actions to improve network performance/efficiency/stability. . Act as an escalation point for Level 1 Analysts regarding specific customers, Ownership and management of escalated Level 2 and Level 3 technical issues. . Attained detail knowledge and understanding of assigned Customer Networks . Provide liaison between the customer and our client’s company .
