(IT) Senior Business Analyst – Internet Banking (S6)

My client, a leading Financial Services organisation with offices in the CBD, is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst. Responsibilities: Analyse, design, test, support and improve business processes by Collaborating with business users, technology groups and suppliers. The management and development of detailed business process Discover requirements using interviews and document reviews. Document business requirements conceptualise business processes workflows. Assist Software Developers to clarify/elaborate requirements. Review functional specifications Document user acceptance test scenario’s, cases and scripts Investigate and resolve problems in close collaboration with the system developers and business users. To be successful in this role, you will have: 3 years Business Analysis experience 2 years retail banking systems. In-depth knowledge of inter-banking processes, payment formats related standards. Business knowledge of financial applications online payment systems. Scope definition high level solutions design experience. Documenting systems requirements specifications using UML use cases. Internet banking experience preferable both from a systems and business process perspective.
