Job Description We are looking for some of the industry’s brightest minds in developing and deploying today’s Networking technologies. In this role, you will gain insight on the functionality of this organisations products, working directly with small and large scale clients to introduce them to the world of VOIP. The Successful Applicant The successful applicant will have: 2 years + experience in a client facing call centre or technical support position. Cisco Certifications are highly desirable - CCNA, CCNP. Knowledge of Cisco network hardware, software technologies, analysers, and routing protocols. Networking skills including Router and network devices, Router configurations and Voice. Tertiary degree in Computer Science or equivalent (Major in Networking) with excellent academic results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. What’s on Offer CBD Location.
