(IT) Service Level Control Manager
Location: Canberra, Act, Australia
The Service Control Manager is responsible for controlling the services pertaining to incidents, IMAC s (Installations, Moves, Adds and Changes) and any IT related scheduled events, to ensure that all Service levels and KPI s for all Regions across Australia are met. Essential skills and experience: Service Level Measurement/reporting experience across a number of platforms eg; service desk and operations management etc. A deep understanding of the mechanics behind how the service levels are attained A proven understanding of the calculation and application of Service Level credits as laid out in contractual agreements Proven understanding and experience delivering a service in the field Experience reporting monthly SLA Federal Government and Private Industry experience Familiarity with Service Level Agreements, Operational Level Agreements and Vendor Contracts This role is key to the delivery of the project and has a proactive and reactive requirement to meet customer demands, continually improve performance and productivity.
