(IT) Senior Manager IT Development And Support - Financial Services (S5)

My client, a prestigious Financial Services organisation with offices in the CBD, is currently seeking a Senior Manager IT Development and Support. Responsibilities: Assist the Head of IT Development and Support to revolutionise the IT Development and Support team in order to deliver increased efficiency and effectiveness Work with stakeholders to design IT programs that deliver business outcomes Design, deliver and support IT solutions Manage risk Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders Knowledge and experience: Strong experience of successfully leading and managing large Development and Support teams (ie 50 people +) to deliver IT business outcomes. Proven delivery of substantial performance improvement within an IT Development and support environment Experience of leading and delivering major technology-enabled business projects with multi-million dollar budgets Strong Financial Services experience Solid business knowledge and an understanding of relevant business/technology industry issues/trends.
