My client, a prestigious Financial Services organisation with offices in the CBD, is currently seeking a Head of IT Development and Support. Responsibilities: Revolutionise the IT Development and Support team in order to deliver increased efficiency and effectiveness Work with stakeholders to design IT programs that deliver business outcomes Design, deliver and support IT solutions Manage risk Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders Manage IT resources Peple management Knowledge and experience: Minimum ten years experience in the Financial Services industry, successfully leading and managing Application Development Support teams in excess of 150 people Successful delivery of substantial performance improvement in IT Development and support functions Demonstrated experience of leading and successfully delivering major technology-enabled business projects with multi-million dollar budgets (ranging from $10-$50 million dollars) Strong business knowledge and understanding of relevant business and technology industry issues/trends Strong customer focus and practical experience of working effectively with business stakeholders Proven ability to have successfully implemented significant culture change in an IT Application Development and support environment Relevant tertiary qualification In return, my client is offering: Excellent working conditions CBD location An attractive package For an opportunity to join this great company submit your application online today.
