Job Description: Reporting to the Director of International Infrastructure (US based) and with a local reporting line into the Australian Finance Director, the IT. Manager - Australia is responsible for the strategic direction, support and maintenance of all IT infrastructure systems across the domestic region. Leading a small team, you will ensure the high availability of business systems critical to order processing, manufacturing and distribution. Your accountabilities will include. Technical - 24×7 technical support for all infrastructure systems including data centre management, Wintel Servers, PC’s, handhelds, tablets, peripherals, printers, AS/400’s, Directory Services and Messaging. Business - including the implementation of disaster recovery plans. Governance and compliance - full responsible for audit compliance including Sarbanes/Oxley and other standards. Budget. Geographic - full responsibility for all IT infrastructure and applications support at major locations in Australia Management and Organisational.
