About our Client: Market-leading leisure company, going through significant changes and rapidly expanding. Job Description: The role is highly external and internal customer facing, and as such you will be required to possess excellent customer services skills, be very well presented and have a professional approach when dealing with customers. A typical shift within this highly complex infrastructure can be broken down as follows. Monitoring systems, including IBM and HP Servers, Infrastructure and Hotel systems/POS. Back-ups, reports and maintenance. Break and fix of infrastructure. Supervisory responsibilities including mentoring and training other team members. Taking calls from various parts of the business and responding to requests. Some Desktop and Service Desk Support. The Successful Applicant Essential: Strong customer focus. Strong problem solving skills. Experience in on IT Operations or Technical Support role. Experience or Ability to Supervise and/or Train and Mentor other team members. Desired: Exposure to IBM i-Series, Windows and Unix operating systems. Exposure to service desk/operations environments. An IT or business related Degree. Exposure or knowledge of the ITIL framework.
