(IT) CCIE Proctor

Job Description: Candidates are expected to have a current CCIE certification, a BS in CS or EE (or equivalent), plus 7-10 years of related experience, much of which should be hands-on experience with installing and troubleshooting Cisco equipment in diverse environments. Experience with voice technology, teaching, and/or knowledge material development will be significant assets in this position. The Successful Applicant: Strong communication skills (both written and oral), including online and face-to-face presentation skills. Ability to work successfully with a geographically diverse team and maintain a global vision of the CCIE program. A high degree of empathy for customers. Proven crisis management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Comprehends complex matters well.
