Growing Business Unit Multiple Projects Environment Our client is a leading IT services organisation with a dedicated business unit that offers services in respect of various superannuation funds, their trustees, sponsoring employers and fund members. A challenging, permanent opportunity has been created within this established, highly experienced team for the successful incumbent to work closely with both the IT and business teams so as to articulate business requirements. The initial focus of this role will be the implementation of a workflow and imaging solution. This role expects the successful incumbent to have: A strong background in Business Process Mapping 4-5 years business analysis skills ( at least of which 3 years’ experience has been gained in the Superannuation industry Testing programs and systems Developing key outcomes for project deliverables IT and systems knowledge SDLC Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines whilst maintaining quality standards Employees need to understand and comply with current legislation, relevant policies, fund rules and procedures.
