(IT) Manager - Server Support Team


Market leader in IT Services requires an experienced individual to manage their Server administration team. This role requires initiative to take ownership of issues, work with other support parties both internal and external and to ensure all contracted client requirements are met. The role requires a close working relationship with the Manager, National Support Centre, and the Manager, National Operations Centre and to strategically direct the Server Administration Team for growth and continual improvement of processes, procedures and services. The ideal candidate will have past experience in managing large teams, coupled with the ability to interact effectively with external clients.
