(IT) Network & Cisco Telephony (IPTEL) Engineer - (S20)


Our client is seeking an experience Network Cisco IP Telephony (IPTEL) Engineer to join their team. In this role you will work as part of the network team to assist in the rollout of IP Telephony equipment and solutions to key clients. Your day to day activities will include configure voice network communication equipment, configuration of services and enhancements to meet the business requirement managing and/or carrying out of telephony moves, ads and changes, testing handset and deploying these into the network, general Network Data Networking troubleshooting. To be considered you will have: 1-3 years experience with deploying troubleshooting Cisco Call Manager VoIP system , Solid experience troubleshooting Data Voice networks Experience with Cisco Unity Voicemail and Cisco IPCC would be highly regarded.
