Your Role: Manage day to day helpdesk operations Reporting and support analysis Establishing best practices and procedures Input into company decisions The Successful Candidate Profile: 2 years experience in a team leader support role Tertiary qualifications in an IT related field Strong customer service focus Ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels Excellent communication skill a must
