They are currently seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with at leats 3 years experience to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Systems Engineer you will maintain support, service and sales excellence so that customer satisfaction is continually approved. You will ensure that products and systems perform in accordance with specified standards. You will ensure that customer satisfaction is continually measured and strengthened. You will also continue to enhance skills in the use of systems and diagnostic tools used in support and maintenance. Main Responsibilities: Managing Active Directory and Windows 2000/2003 server environments Deliver improvements and change in a customer environment by highlighting improvement initiatives Identifying inefficient procedures or processes and suggesting improvements Operational support of customer Servers including pro-active monitoring of Servers by incident resolution, tasks and change The successful candidate will demonstrate skills and experience in the following: At least 3-5 years experience in managing Windows based server environments Tertiary Qualifications MCSE Veritas Storage Foundation experience and troubleshooting Windows Scripting Host, VB Script and WMI skills
