Global IT Services Organisation Excellent opportunity to develop your career Exciting troubleshooting technical role My client is a Global IT services and vendor organisation providing IT consulting, designing, implementation services and support to a varied client base across Australia As a problem analyst you will be working with the service desk team leaders technical team to manage the Problem Cases raised from Incident Trending, Severity Reports and investigate reoccurring client errors within the Clients Infrastructure and systems This roles purpose is to ensure the clients IT solution is well supported by having a solid understanding of their environment and showing them a high level of professional service incorporating responsibility, accountability, integrity and quality assurance at all times.nbsp; To succeed in this role you will need to be pro-active in Identifying trends and potential Problem sources (by reviewing Incident and Problem analysis). Other skills required for this role need to include strong communication skills, an ability to think outside the box when it comes to problem solving and be able to work to ITIL processes and procedures Progression from this role would be to move into a Junior Business Analyst position!
