(IT) Technical Business Analysts x 2 -UAT/SQL

This newly created role is due to the expansion of the IT solutions delivery team, which is now involved in a wide range of projects covering both business and development areas. Based in the heart of the CBD you will have the opportunity to work in one of the most branded insurance company s in the country. The role of Business analyst will cover a wide range of tasks such as analyzing and documenting business, functional requirements through to communicating with project teams to extract their requirements. Developing new processes to support business and functional requirements will be required as well as test strategies and test plans. You will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business, functional requirements and business processes and test plans, such as the Analysis of parameter changes required to support the business, test strategies and test plans for each project. You will be expected to provide support to the developers and translate specifications into technical solutions. Execution of test types, such as Regression, Boundary and Usability are sought accompanied with test styles such as Black-box and White Box. To be considered for this position you would need business orientation with an IT background or functional expertise. A solid understanding of Data modeling and entity-relationship modeling is required. A strong background in SQL and MS-Access is sought long with an experience in XML concepts, would be desirable.
