Our client is a government organisation located in the CBD. Job description: the successful candidate will be required to provide high level support both over the phone and face-to-face. Mentoring of level 1 support staff with a focus on developing and maintaining software management strategies is a key component of the role. The successful candidate will possess. 3+ years in a service desk environment. Extensive experience with MS Exchange, Active Directory and Altiris. Strong understanding of ITIL concepts.
