About our client: our client is a growing law firm operating in the commercial, insurance and government industries with offices across Australia. Job description: the role will play a key role in identifying the internal IT training needs of the client as well as facilitating training sessions on the firm’s IT systems. In addition level 1 + 2 helpdesk support will be required for staff as well as installation of both hardware and software. The successful applicant will require to be client facing and will report in to the IT Manager. The successful applicant: the successful applicant will require. Previous IT training and helpdesk experience. Client facing personality. Diploma in IT or MCSE will be highly regarded. What’s on offer: attractive package.
