(IT) Transitions Manager


My client is looking for a Transition Manager to join their IS operations team here in Auckland. The main functions of this role will be: leadership and strategic direction. Manage transition relationships. Team management. Customer value proposition. Key stakeholder relationships will be with: internal - IS operations. Internal - Tech operations. External 3rd party vendors. The ideal candidate will have the following skills: change management skills. Outstanding people management. At least 8 years experience in complex, sophisticated telecommunications and/or IT operational environments. Proven successful delivery of large customer transitions into operations ‘BAU’. Your past experience in operations/projects means that you will understand the importance of process end to end. you will have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and timely delivery of quality outcomes.
