As the Operations Analyst you will be responsible for the managing backups, data transfer and the monitoring of the network operating systems. You will be a positive and methodical individual with strong communication skills.More specifically the role will involve Managing archiving and recovery of data Managing backup of TSM, iSeries, Novell and Windows Servers Data Transfer Monitoring console operations Data protection Database maintenance Developing backup concepts Organisation of the physical installation of data centre equipmentTo be successful in your application you will have Previous work experience in Backup and Recovery methodologies Experience in a number of platforms(Windows, AIX, AS/400) X, P and Q series experience Previous experience in communication Networks (Cisco, Novell) Strong communication and documentation skills Own transport Time management skill Ability to think outside the squareThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and prestigious company that offers a tremendous work environment and a great team cult ure.
