(IT) NOC Service Analyst
Our large client based in the CBD is looking for an experienced NOC Service Analyst for an initial 3-6 month contract with the potential to be an ongoing assisgnment. The role will be based within the network development area and will be responsible for providing the technical lead in supporting their telecommunications service delivery area. To be considered for this role you must have the following skillsets: telecommunications switching hardware and associated software platforms. Ability to diagnose and problem solve associated faults. Information technology & utility industry business systems knowledge. System support skills. User testing and development experience. Network management system and database skills. Information technology skills to scope software requirements to achieve business objectives. Technical writing ability for telecommunications services and associated systems. Ability to work within a team. Effective communications skills and the ability to develop working relationships with staff and Manager at all levels. Leadership and people management skills. Project management skills. Demonstrated software skills. Strong customer service skills. Technical experience required: good business knowledge of telecommunications networks. General knowledge of electricity distribution networks. Experience in conducting user testing. Knowledge of PC and Server environments. Knowledge of maintenance of Unix and MS Windows. Cisco experience and CCNA qualifications. IP
