(IT) Helpdesk Analyst


About our client: our client is one of Australia’s largest owned IT service providers with over 1500 blue chip corporate clients. As a full services IT supplier our client supports all aspects of their customers technology needs whilst delivering the best value outcomes in the market. Job description: our client is seeking an enthusiastic Helpdesk Analyst to join their well established team supporting a range of key external and internal clients. This role will see you provide 1st level support using problem determination skills to identify, resolve or escalate end user problems via phone and email. Previous experience in a technical troubleshooting environment with proven first time resolution results is highly desirable. The successful applicant: to be successful in this role you must possess the following. demonstrated practical experience in a technical support capacity. Degree in Information Technology. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Active Directory and Email technologies.
