The major purpose of this role will be to manage the configuration, deployment and on going administration of client Servers mainly based in a Microsoft environment and remote access technologies for all managed services clients. Qualifications and experience expected: MCSE minimum. Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in the IT industry. Project implantation experience. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Should be able to discuss and resolve technical escalations with customers and staff internally. Demonstrated ability to plan and develop initiatives to ensure continuous improvement. Demonstrated ability to identify issues, develop solutions and monitor outcomes. Technical skills and abilities: Microsoft Server and networking experience Cisco Symantec HP.
